1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace or using Tavixa, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Tavixa lets you train an AI chatbot on your website content, files, and documents to answer visitor questions, capture leads, and hand off conversations to your team.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your workspace.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Message limits reset each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes are prorated.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to train a chatbot on unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to send content that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the website content, files, and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve your chatbot.
7. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodersBucket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
