These Terms govern access to the Tavixa website and any evaluation or use of Tavixa services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Tavixa provides tools for creating AI agents that can answer website visitors, use approved business knowledge, capture leads and provide contact options. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, access credentials and content supplied to Tavixa. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations or submit content you do not have the right to use.
AI-generated responses
AI output may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing their instructions and knowledge, testing their agent and deciding where human review or escalation is appropriate.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the terms displayed at checkout. Custom work is scoped and agreed separately. Plan limits and usage allowances will be displayed before purchase.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You authorize Tavixa and its service providers to process that content as necessary to deliver, secure and improve the contracted service.
Availability and changes
We may update features to improve performance, security or usability. We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
