2. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate and improve Tavixa, train your chatbot on the content you provide, deliver lead notifications to your team, and provide customer support.
3. Data Isolation
Each workspace has its own isolated knowledge base and conversation history. Your data is never shared, mixed, or used to train other customers’ chatbots.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the service (such as hosting and email delivery), under contracts that protect your data.
5. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate or support the service.
6. Your Rights
You can access, export, or delete your workspace data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us directly. Visitors can request removal of their conversation data by contacting your business.
